Applicants may be enrolled up to the starting date of the course. But, inclusion in the class is dependent on space availability and acceptance by the director.

Tours of the school are scheduled on the first come first served basis. At the time of the enrollment , the applicant should submit a non-refundable $150.00 registration fee. This will insure a spot in the class.

Each person is accepted only if, in the school’s opinion, the individual has the possibility of success in the chosen class. Due to the intensive format of the class, and other requirements unique to massage instruction, acceptance is not guaranteed.

If the student is not admitted by the school, or if CHI cancels a class, the registration fee will be returned in full.

RE-ENROLLMENT:

Re-enrollment or re-entrance will be approved only after evidence is shown to the director's satisfaction that the conditions, which caused the dismissal, have been rectified.

DISENROLLMENT:

YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR ENROLLMENT IN WRITING. You do not have the right to cancel it by phone or by not coming to classes.
